What information do we collect about you?

We collect information that you supply to us when you choose to contact us for more information or when you register or query for one of our websites or offerings. You supply the information directly to us or indirectly by using your credentials from third parties such as LinkedIn or Facebook or Twitter or Google+. This data typically includes your name, professional credentials, email address and other contact data. We may append data from other sources to supplement what you give us. We do, on occasion, obtain or license contact information from third parties for limited marketing purposes. We gather date, time, certain information about a user’s browser and system or device configuration and capabilities, navigation history and IP address for all visitors to our web sites. We may use this information for our internal security audit log, for trend analysis and system administration and to gather broad information about our audiences. We do not routinely link IP addresses to anything that identifies you as an individual.

We also use cookies and other commonly used data collection technologies on our sites and in our newsletters and emails to collect information on both an aggregate and individual basis.

How do we safeguard information?

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. However, we would like to inform you that because of the constitution of the Internet, the rules of data protection and the security measures mentioned above may not be observed by others, persons or institutions beyond our control. Especially unencrypted data – even sent via E-mail – can be read by third parties. We have no technical influence to avoid this. The user has the responsibility to protect the information he/she provides, especially user name and passwords, from misuse, by encryption or other means.

What is our Refund Policy?

iPortes BPO refunds and returns are based on the SLA and legal contract terms signed with any business associates, clients, vendors or any other entities. iPortes BPO does not provides any refund or any return of the project slot booking charges , consultation fees or any project deposits against any cancellation of the project done by the business entity prior the contract term or any termination being issued by the iPortes clients for any violation of SLA terms . If the project and services has been delivered to any entity as described above and the live work is started for the business entity or companies (Companies not affiliated unless otherwise specified) the amount discussed above stays non refundable. The slot booking charges which the associates or entities are paying to iPortes for booking the slot or seats is non refundable after receiving the confirmation of the slot by iPortes against any cancellation done by the entity. If the project is not delivered, refunds or any returns will be subjected to IPORTES Management & the legal contracts terms signed between the 2 parties with deduction of training charges, any software licenses or keys used and successfully installed in the pc’s, laptops or any hardware used for the training purposes. Customer may cancel service agreement any time by giving a prior written notice of 30 days and the reason for the cancellation of project or any services , in such case the business entity is not liable to receive any refund . Refunds will NOT BE provided for any software downloads or licensed software installations. For any refunds or returns the credit card, bank account or any other medium used for making the payment of the project or services is refunded if the project is stopped or cancelled by iPortes or its business clients due to some technical issues. However, there may be any applicable charges such as Bank/Credit Card charges and administrative charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund usually takes maximum 30 business days to process as described in the SLA or contract terms signed between the 2 parties. Force Majeure: iPortes BPO is liable and responsible for any refunds or losses that takes palcea as follows : If the rendition of the projects and services is hampered due to earthquake, flood, tempest, civil riots or act of God then the business associate or entity shall be absolved of its obligations hereunder till normalcy is restored after the cessation of the aforementioned contingencies. The business associate or entity shall likewise be absolved if Rendition of the services is hampered due to a strike called by the data entry operators Engaged by the business associate or entity violence or political turbulence or for any other Reason of a similar nature, which is beyond the control of the business associate or entity.

We collect, store, and process information on servers around the world and may access that data globally.
Our sites contain links to other websites not owned by IPortes BPO. We do not control the content or privacy practices of those sites.
We reserve the right to disclose information about in you to third parties in certain circumstances: to vendors that work on our behalf, to law enforcement when we have a good- faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on us, to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, to protect human safety or our networks or property, or as part of a sale or merger of our business assets.
Our websites and offerings are directed to people in their business or professional capacities. They are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit data online from, or market online to, children under 13 years of age.
